Most espresso machines ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer a warranty on your espresso machines?
Yes, every new Terra Kaffe machine comes with a 1-year limited warranty or 3,000 brew cycles (whichever comes first) covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for coffee machines?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your machine, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee and original packaging requirements.
Can I use oily coffee beans in my Terra Kaffe machine?
To ensure the longevity of your built-in grinder and prevent clogging, we recommend using medium or light roast beans that are not overly oily.
